This is great. But once I realize what it is that I’m craving it’s nearly impossible not to eat it.

I was pretty proud of myself yesterday though. I got back from a run after a really kick ass circuit routine, and I immediately went to my fridge. I grabbed an ice cold beer and plopped down on my couch. But then I got to thinking, why? Sure it’s delicious but if I could just hold off a few ours before I start drinking beer, that’s a few hundred calories I’m cutting out of my day.
